My story
I'm from Edmonton, North London. Growing up, the only people who stopped to talk to us were offering a different route — and not a good one. No businessman ever asked me what I wanted to be.
So I'm building in property, one honest step at a time. Not to look successful, but so the next kid on my road sees another option is real — and sees someone they recognise doing it.

We furnish it to the standard guests actually pay for — nothing flashy, everything right.
We run it as a short-let: bookings, guests, cleaning and the small details.
Where the money goes
Furnishing is usually the biggest cost. I walk every investor through the exact numbers on a call.
What investors get
Regular monthly payments from the property once it's live.
A share of the profit the property makes.
All terms are agreed and signed in writing before anything starts.
